 James 3:6 (ESV)

And the tongue is a fire, a world of unrighteousness. The tongue is set among our members, staining the whole body, setting on fire the entire course of life, and set on fire by hell.

Philippians 4:8 (ESV)

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things

Both our faith and our fears are reinforced by what we say and what we think!

We are also a product of our environment!

Where and on what do we spend our time??

Do a contrite and sincere audit of your time and thoughts and your environment!

Are you reinforcing faith or fear????

A good spot-check or litmus is if there is peace in your heart!

Joy and serenity exit only in a peaceful heart!

Anything else can lead to clutter, confusion, fear and frustration!

Find peace and then reinforce it by your thoughts, words, and surroundings!   (Think Eucharistic Adoration)
