Meekness and humility are the formative foundations needed to withstand the irritation,

and shock of the evils and passions of the world!

Serenity is compromised along with our interior and exterior peace!

Calmness of judgement is also at risk,

and often yields to the spirits of anger and fear!

This is pride at its root, the sin of Satan!
