Charismatic!

When we temper or worse yet waste our gift s and charism,  
We lose pure joy and fulfillment!  
God loses His glory that would come from the return of love  

 we should give in return for the gifts and graces received,    
And justice is squandered and lost!  
When justice fails, all creation is in disharmony!  
This is why every act, 

 done with great love becomes notes on the page, 

 in the grand symphony of the universe and the cosmos!  
Even the acts of silence and prayer 

 become the space and the pause needed to get the needed effect of grace 

 for the music and the harmony to have the greatest effect!  
Own your charismatic gifts, 

 and then exercise them in a way that honors and glorifies God!  
It can only come from charity!  
Do you see brothers and sisters how this completes us,

 in our journey and fulfills God’s perfect plan!  
This is justice!  
This is mercy!  
This is grace!  
Grace fulfilled through complete trust and simple acts of love 

 to God and to neighbor 

 with the gifts and graces received!  
Peace, joy, and love flow in the abundant life of grace!  
As we approach the advent season, 

 give the gift that keeps on giving!  
The charismatic gifts we received and given out in charity 

 to God and neighbor!

1 Corinthians 12:4-11 (RSV)  

"Now there are varieties of gifts, 

but the same Spirit;  

 and there are varieties of service, 

 but the same Lord; 

and there are varieties of working, 

 but it is the same God who inspires them all in every one.  

 To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.   

 To one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, 

 and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,  

 to another faith by the same Spirit, 

to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,  

 to another the working of miracles, 

 to another prophecy, 

 to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, 

 to another various kinds of tongues, 

 to another the interpretation of tongues. 

All these are inspired by one and the same Spirit,

who apportions to each one individually as he wills."
